Life From A Kid’s Point Of View

Let me start out by saying this: most parents underestimate kids. But we really aren't that different. For starters, my mom is always telling me that my dad does the same things as me. In the Bible, there are many kids who made a big difference. For example, Solomon was around 12 years old when he was crowned king. Another young boy, Joash, was only seven years old when he was crowned king. But that's not all. Another little boy gave his five loaves of bread and two fish to Jesus. Kids play a huge role in the Bible. Many times, Jesus said something like, "Let the little children come to me. Don't keep them away. The kingdom of heaven belongs to people like them." (Matthew 19:14, NIRV) This shows us that kids are very important to Jesus as well. Children can also be very helpful when you're in a bad mood. They can offer great words of encouragement. They can also make you drawings that are cute and that make you smile every time you look at them. Kids are very inspirational. Kids can accomplish great things with the motivation of their parents. As I already said, your child can motivate you, but it can also work vice versa. Parents can help their kids set goals and strive to reach them. Some people get accepted into college at a very young age. My dream is to become an MIT student. I want to grow up and invent the teleporter. My mom always tells me that I can do anything I put my mind to. Parents can help kids to achieve their greatest dreams.
